The Osper Innovation Team in action!
The speed at which things can happen in the world of a start up is fast. You can be going in one direction and then BANG, you could find yourself going down a road that you have to build before you can even go down it.
That’s why last weekend a few members of the Osper team decided to slow right down, put the kettle on and grab some time with our innovation team members.
The Osper Innovation team is a special set of Osper families who get directly involved in helping us design and build Osper and make sure it’s working well for the people who are using it.
A handful of the Innovation team joined us for a day of intense feedback and workshopping. We had a fantastic day and everyone walked away full of ideas, inspiration and cake.
Jack and Charlotte here from todays meeting. We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed seeing you guys and contributing our ideas….we hope that you will do more of those kind of meetings.
Both Jack and Charlotte absolutely loved the visit and loved the whole concept of helping a real business develop their product / thinking.
…being made to feel part of a development team, even for that one day, was ample reward and really fired Jack’s and Charlotte’s imagination as to what type of work they might want to do in the future. The fact that they got a goodie bag was also “awesome” (Jack’s worn his Osper T-shirt every day since)
