Saving money for a rainy day can be a bit of a tricky business, can’t it? Apparently, not having saved enough is one of Britons’ top regrets in life. Parents are twice as likely to discuss sex with their kids than they are savings, and nearly 60% of Britons have less than £1000 in savings.
Pretty grim. The good news is that the sooner you start saving, the easier it gets. And how exactly might that be considered good news? Well, as from today it’s possible to learn how to save with Osper – meaning that Brits as young as eight have a tool to help them get saving, available right at their fingertips. Hundreds of Osper users have already set up savings goals – some of our favourites include “My first car”, “Icelandic expedition” and “Kitten”. “Mum and Dad anniversary” is a great one, too.
All you have to do is log into your Osper app and hit Savings Goals. From there, the world is your Osper. However big or small your savings goal might be, Osper is there to help you keep track of how much and often you save – making it that bit easier to get going.
Happy saving, y’all. Any questions, don’t hesitate to give us a shout.
