Lost your Osper card? No time to call? Not convenient to email? Never fear! The time has come! The days of calling our support team to replace your lost or stolen Osper card are over.
Now you have two options – if you lose your card, but you think you’ve just misplaced it, you can lock it until you find it again. If there’s no chance of you ever finding it again, or you’re worried it might be stolen, then go right ahead and tap ‘cancel and replace card’.
Follow the simple steps below:
1. Log in (as yourself – or your child can too!)
2. Select ‘more’ from the bottom right hand corner
3. Select ‘card lock/lost card’ from the menu
4. Press ‘cancel and replace card’
5. Confirm (For those who may have got here by accident!)
You will receive an email to confirm that your order has gone through.
